About Me

Hi! As a physiotherapist with a special interest in pelvic health I work in helping pregnant people; anyone with pelvic pain; as well as women and men with bladder, bowel and pelvic floor problems. I am passionate about helping people to get back to doing the things that they love through movement and re-connection to their body. I am passionate about movement and teach yoga both in the clinic and in a class setting.

Common concerns I regularly see and treat include:

  • Bladder and Bowel issues
  • Incontinence
  • Pelvic organ prolapse
  • Pelvic pain
  • Sexual dysfunction

In 2016 I gained a Graduate Certificate in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne and I am currently studying a Professional Certificate in the Conservative Management of Pelvic Organ Prolapse at the University of South Asutralia.

I was lucky enough to complete my yoga teacher training during 2019 strengthening my own practice and allowing me to provide yoga therapy to my patients.

I have lived and worked in Sydney, the UK, the Northern Territory and North Queensland. I love bushwalking, speak Spanish and love learning.
